🔧 PromIQ Add-On Policy & Terms of Use

This policy outlines the rules, pricing structure, eligibility, usage rights, and support terms for any add-ons (including widgets, themes, or design tools) sold by PromIQ. By purchasing or using any add-on from us, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Purchase

• Add-ons are exclusively available to:

  • Clients who have an active website developed by PromIQ.

  • Clients with an active PromIQ Maintenance Plan for the month of purchase.

• If a user does not have an active maintenance plan, add-ons cannot be installed unless the user first purchases or renews the maintenance plan.

2. Pricing Terms

• Discounted prices for add-ons are valid only for:

  • Clients who have purchased both their website and ongoing maintenance plan from PromIQ.

• For clients who:

  • Did not get their website built from PromIQ, or

  • Do not have an active maintenance plan,
    pricing will be non-discounted, and in some cases, the client will need to contact us directly for the final quote.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for already purchased add-ons.

3. Add-On Installation

• Installation of add-ons is only provided to users with an active PromIQ maintenance plan.

• Without a maintenance plan, installation support is not included.

• In rare cases, certain add-ons may not be compatible with a client’s website due to differences in structure, theme, or third-party conflicts.

  • In such cases, PromIQ will provide a full refund, and the client agrees not to defame or harm the reputation of PromIQ online or offline.

  • Any form of defamation, public complaints without resolution attempts, or spreading misinformation gives PromIQ the right to:

    • Cancel ongoing services

    • Revoke access to all purchased add-ons

    • Take legal action if deemed necessary

4. License & Validity

• All add-ons purchased are licensed for lifetime use on the customer’s website as long as the website remains live.

• If the website is deleted, discontinued, or hosted elsewhere, the add-on license becomes void.

• Add-ons are non-transferable and tied to the original website for which they were purchased.

5. Copyright & Distribution

• All add-ons are the intellectual property of PromIQ.

• Customers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing

  • Distributing

  • Reselling

  • Uploading or making add-ons available publicly or privately for reuse

• If found guilty of such actions, PromIQ reserves the right to:

  • Permanently suspend any ongoing services

  • Blacklist the client from all future services

  • Pursue legal action, including copyright infringement claims

6. Refund Policy

• A full refund is only applicable in cases where:

  • The add-on fails to work due to technical incompatibility on the client’s website

  • Installation is not possible even after our support team’s attempt

• Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge by the client

  • Website changes made by third parties post-installation

7. Customer Responsibilities

• It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate website credentials if installation support is needed

  • Ensure their website environment (theme, builder, plugins) is compatible

  • Not edit or tamper with the add-on code unless instructed by PromIQ

8. Support & Updates

• Add-ons come with limited support, valid as long as the client has an active maintenance plan.

• PromIQ may offer updates or fixes for free or for a small fee, depending on the nature of the update and compatibility.

• Support is not offered for clients who:

  • Have canceled their maintenance plan

  • Have altered the add-on without PromIQ’s involvement

9. Right to Refuse or Cancel

• PromIQ reserves the full right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone found violating the terms

  • Cancel add-on licenses in case of breach of policy

  • Block access to our services for users who act maliciously or unethically

10. Legal Disclaimer

• PromIQ is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage caused by third-party plugins conflicting with our add-ons

  • Website downtime or errors post unauthorized modification of the add-on

• Any disputes will be governed under Indian law and handled under Mumbai jurisdiction.
