Not to create websites that promote illegal content, adult material, or fraudulent activities.

Not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written permission.
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of service without a refund.
3. Delivery and Guarantees

PromIQ aims to deliver completed websites within 5 business days of receiving all required inputs.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may extend up to 10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly in case of delays caused by incomplete client information, additional revisions, or technical issues.

No guarantees are made regarding third-party factors such as SEO rankings, platform limitations, or performance.
4. Payment Terms

Standard payment policy: 100% upfront payment is required before work begins.

Clients contacting us directly may request a 50% advance and 50% on project delivery payment option, subject to approval.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership rights over the final website and deliverables.

PromIQ retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Termination of Services
PromIQ reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

The client breaches any terms outlined herein.

The client engages in abusive behavior, illegal activities, or violates usage restrictions.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the state of Maharashtra.
