Refund Policy
At PromIQ, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development services and digital add-ons. Our Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent to protect both our clients and our business.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a partial refund if they choose to cancel their order before we have started work on the project.
Once work has commenced (including research, design, development, or any service-related activity), no refunds will be provided.
In the rare case where we are unable to deliver the services as agreed upon, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the work completed.
2. Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
The client must notify us of the cancellation before the project work has started.
The services must not have been partially or fully rendered at the time of cancellation.
Requests for refunds must be made via the official communication channels (registered email ID or our support form).
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the initial transaction (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer).
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Important Notes
No refunds will be granted for “change of mind” or “no longer needed” reasons after work has started.
Custom or personalized development services are non-refundable once initiated.
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
