Refund Policy

At PromIQ, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development services and digital add-ons. Our Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent to protect both our clients and our business.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Clients may request a partial refund if they choose to cancel their order before we have started work on the project.

  • Once work has commenced (including research, design, development, or any service-related activity), no refunds will be provided.

  • In the rare case where we are unable to deliver the services as agreed upon, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the work completed.


2. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The client must notify us of the cancellation before the project work has started.

  • The services must not have been partially or fully rendered at the time of cancellation.

  • Requests for refunds must be made via the official communication channels (registered email ID or our support form).


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the initial transaction (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Important Notes

  • No refunds will be granted for “change of mind” or “no longer needed” reasons after work has started.

  • Custom or personalized development services are non-refundable once initiated.

  • We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
